CLOSURE OF YEAR-END ACCOUNTS
This Service provides reassurance that the account will be closed in line with The Local Authority Guidance and instructions are within the DFE’s requirements. We include;
- Secure where appropriate
- Completion of year-end checklists
- Setting up of the year-end accruals and prepayments
- Identification of any allocated/earmark income and expenditure
- Balance Sheets/Statements of Accounts
- Reports for Central Government in CFR format
- Year-end Summary Reports required for Governors and Senior Leadership Team meetings
