MONTHLY BOOK-KEEPING & MONTHLY CLOSURE SERVICE

As one of our popular services, we will visit your school on a monthly basis. With this level of service, we will be assisting with the monthly closure of your accounts.

This service is aimed at schools that would like us to take care of the monthly routine financial element of the finance Officer role, releasing time for the officer for more higher level duties or projects.

Here some of the tasks that we will complete on a monthly basis;

• Monthly Income received for internal & external sources
• Monthly Payroll entries
• Bank Reconciliation for all accounts and Petty Cash system
• VAT summary ready for reimbursement claims
• Produce any report needed for Budgetary, claims, and reports that are needed by your Local Authority
